Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ParentCareHQ, operated by Snowpack Ventures LLC (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Snowpack Ventures LLC, operating as ParentCareHQ, provides a care coordination platform designed to help families organize and manage care for aging parents.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Free Trial, Subscriptions, and Billing

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the full app. No credit card is required. CareBoard can be used without a subscription; some CareBoard features need a paid plan.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; canceling stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions bought on the web are billed by Stripe and can be canceled in the app under Settings → Plan.
• Subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed by Apple under Apple's terms. Only you can cancel them, in your App Store subscription settings, and refunds are handled by Apple. Deleting your ParentCareHQ account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
• If your trial ends or your subscription is canceled and not restored, your account and its data are deleted 30 days later (see our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload or share content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your care team.

Health Information Disclaimer

ParentCareHQ is a care coordination tool and is not a medical device. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snowpack Ventures LLC (operating as ParentCareHQ) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or on the web (Settings → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent; a web subscription is canceled when you delete your account, and an App Store subscription must be canceled with Apple.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
